Fam Stay Concierge – Terms of Use
By applying for and using the Fam Stay Concierge service, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the Service
Fam Stay Concierge is a 90-day outreach and placement service. During this period, I will actively source and pitch selected hotels and holiday homes on your behalf.
This service is effort-based, not outcome-based. While every approach is made with care, professionalism and relevant positioning, there is no guarantee that a familiarisation stay will be offered. Final decisions always sit with the property.
Property Selection
I retain discretion over which properties are contacted. This is to ensure:
• Relevance and fit
• Appropriate positioning
• Protection of existing relationships
Specific requests can be discussed during onboarding, but inclusion is not guaranteed.
Communications
Outreach emails are sent by me, with you CC’d into communications where appropriate. You are expected to engage professionally and respectfully if responding directly.
You agree not to bypass, pressure or independently re-approach properties contacted through this service during the 90-day period without discussion.
Payment & Term
The fee (£250) covers a defined 90-day placement period and is non-refundable once outreach has begun.
This service is not a membership and does not auto-renew.
Conduct
Fam Stay Concierge is built on trust and long-term hospitality relationships. Any behaviour that risks reputational damage to hotels, to myself, or to the wider platform may result in the service being withdrawn without refund.

Privacy Statement
Your privacy matters, and data is handled carefully and intentionally.
What Information Is Collected
As part of onboarding, I may collect:
• Full name
• Email address
• Business name
• Website and/or social profiles
• Destination preferences
• Relevant background to position you accurately
How Your Data Is Used
Your information is used solely to:
• Build your placement profile
• Pitch you accurately to selected hotels and holiday homes
• Communicate with you during the 90-day service period
Your email address will be included only where necessary when you are CC’d into outreach conversations.
Data Sharing
Your data is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties outside of relevant hotels or holiday homes contacted as part of the service.
Only the minimum information required to represent you professionally is shared.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, after which it may be deleted upon request.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting me directly.

• This service does not include ongoing representation beyond 90 days
• This service does not guarantee coverage, content, or repeat stays
